All of our jewels are custom made to order just for you! We use only the finest .925 sterling silver, 14KT gold, and other metals. We are so sure you will love your jewels that we offer a full, 30 day money back guarantee. Please note that any shipping charges paid by pink*papillon will be deducted from the price of the item. It's Holiday Shipping Time Again!
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.00 to anywhere in the Continental United States no matter how many pieces you buy! Your jewels will be shipped through the USPS Priority Mail system. Rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are slightly higher.
Please order your holiday items before midnight on December 1st to ensure enough time for holiday delivery. While there is every chance orders received after this date will make it in time for gift giving, we cannot guarantee it. You may request USPS Express Shipping (overnight to MOST areas). Again, this service may be requested after this date, but delivery is not guaranteed.
Please remember the USPS tends to be a bit slower than normal around the holidays. Priority mail is NOT a guaranteed service. Please contact us for more information on these and international rates. Insurance is not required, but recommended. We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages once they leave our hands. Insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please allow 2.5-3 weeks after we receive your payment for us to create your custom hand stamped piece. If you need your jewels sooner, please contact us as we will be happy to do our best to accommodate your needs!
We accept timely money orders and personal checks. We expect payment in this form within 10 days of purchase. Please note that while we do accept personal checks, your jewels will not be shipped until the payment clears the bank. If you need your items faster, Paypal is a safe and secure way to make a payment! You do not need a Paypal account to pay us through this free service!
