We at pink*papillon are so sure you will love your jewels that we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee for all merchandise that is in unused, unworn condition with any tags still intact and in the original packaging. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges paid by pink*papillon will be deducted from the original amount of the item. Your 30 days begins with the date on your delivery confirmation receipt, located on the front shipping label.

We will restring your bracelet one time for sizing purposes at no additional charge within the first 30 days. After that time period, a $10 restringing fee will be charged. Return shipping charges are the responsiblilty of the buyer.

Please note that personalized, engraved, "event" jewelry, (Communion, Prom, etc.) or custom orders are not returnable.

You may request an even exchange on an item that has a technical malfunction. (ex. the clasp doesn't work) Shipping refunds in this case is up to the descretion of pink*papillon. . All returns require return authorization. Please do not return any merchandise without first contacting us at returns@pinkpapillon.com between 10am - 5pm EST. If it is after office hours and someone will return your email as quickly as possible. We will send you instructions for the return. Please note that you will receive a business check or money order from pink*papillon within 14 days of the date we receive the item. All monies to be returned will be in this form even if the payment was by credit card. (Paypal payments may be returned through Paypal.)
